We have a strict no-refund policy. But in case you have received a defective item, we will replace it with a new functioning item. If you receive a defective item, you need to notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns for exchange with a new item, if you notify us after 3 days of receiving the shipped item from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
